2011: The New World
After years of independent countries and different governments, the United Nations started the World Government. They thought it was better to have only one government control all countries. So on the day July 23rd 2014, the leaders of the United Nations started the WG and set all of their forces to control all territories. People rose up and started to attack the forces, using guerilla warfare. This started the early war of the 11th War. The guerilla soldiers ended up losing the war within 2-4 months. The WG solders were strong and noble men and women that had the idea of imperialism and order.

2014: Technology Gaining
Within 3 years, the World Government was gaining power, money, as well as technology. Since they combined all of their money, weapons, and everything else they started to develop new weapons. Their scientists started to develop nanobots, as well as mutants. They thought with all of this new technology they got easily stop any rebellions or any riots.

2015: The 11’s
Since they were experimenting with all sort of technology they started a new program called “Project XXIII” this program was to make 11 mutants with powers that were to be use to keep order. Some of the 11’s were born inside the lab but others were taken as children or teenagers to be made into mutants. This was also the same year the Rebellion (Haven Resistance) started. They gain so many supports as well as stealing from the World Government also gave them a chance to keep on fighting. This Rebellion changed all guerilla warfare forever; they started to make their own weapons, everything stealing programs from the WG.

2015: Some call it a Curse, others a Gift, and all call it a Disease.
With tests the 11’s the scientists figured out that they were a success and wanted to put them in the field of battle. But they didn’t they didn’t want to get them killed or wounded so they developed a new solution. To change a whole city, millions of people into mutants and used them as novice solders to kill the rebellion. The plan almost worked until it caused a malfunction, the gas they wanted to only use on one city developed into a disease, everyone that breathed in the gas became a mutant, the gas spread almost ¼ of the world until it stopped.

2016: Beginning of WWIII
War now consumed the whole world, WG solders vs. HR Rebels with mutants on both side. As well as this new war the original 11 escaped with their own purposes...
